Ways to Train

Whether you want deep 1:1 work, a weekly group practice, or an early morning reset — every offering is built around the same principle: strength that lasts.

  • Custom sessions built around your body, your pace, your goals. The deepest container for this work.

  • A weekly group class every Saturday at 8:30AM in East Nashville. Come sweat in community.

  • Friday mornings at 6:30AM. Music-driven strength, mobility, and nervous system work — before the world starts pulling at you.
