I am a BIG feeler and have experienced loss and transformation that has brought me to my knees…
Whenever life fell apart, strength training and kickboxing refocused me, restoring empowerment, clarity, and commitment to my well-being.
I like to say that my internal world is like simultaneous tidal waves and wild fires. With that awareness, I know that I require more physical alchemy than most…so I made it my life’s work to develop a formula, or a pathway in, for any body to alchemize the unique dynamics of the internal world.
Over the last decade, I have deepened my knowledge of the body and mind through certifications with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, the American Counsel on Exercise, and 500hr Yoga certifications from schools locally in Tennessee and in Rishekesh, India.
I know that I am here in this body and on this planet to help people have a better time in their bodies. To have more capacity for pleasure and joy as well as more capacity to hold the more shadowy parts of life.
